RFE Direct Digital Synthesizer Module

RFE has introduced a new Direct Digital Synthesizer module. This module is capable of outputting a CW signal from 100MHz up to 22GHz on a single output.

The module is ideal for frequency-hopping up to a 2MHz rate. It’s designed for mission-critical work in Electronic Warfare/SIGINT, radar test equipment, local oscillator generation, and more.

This product features:

  • DDS Based Tuning
  • Harmonic filtering – Provides -50dBc harmonics
  • 100MHz EXT phase reference
  • 150nsec Switching Speed
  • -60dBC Spurious
  • Under 30W power draw

All within a 6” x 6.2” x 1” casing.

The Direct Digital Synthesizer can be deployed in commercial instrumentation, defense, and intelligence systems.
